Ideas for integrating professional development into your workweek
I created these weekly training email newsletters to increase engagement in our Learning Management System, Cornerstone OnDemand.
Each week, employees received an email with an embedded version of the newsletter, which included a direct link to a carefully curated playlist aligned with that week’s topic. I selected and organized content to ensure it was relevant, accessible, and valuable to a wide range of learners, while also aligning with organizational goals.
These newsletters demonstrate my ability to design engaging, visually appealing communications that encourage continuous learning. They also highlight my skills in content curation, audience-focused design, and using strategic communication to drive LMS adoption and participation.
